Main expertise: mathematical models and computer systems development and application for economic and ecological-economic simulation and optimization.

Methods used: input-output and macroeconomic analysis, mathematical programming, optimal control, differential equations, mathematical statistics, general systems theory, emergy analysis and modelling, geographical information systems (GIS), four-step transportation modeling (using TRIPS package).

Software systems development experience: since 1979 in FORTRAN, ALGOL, Assembler, PL/1, Pascal, C, Visual Basic, for IBM OS/370, VM/SP CMS, VAX/VMS, MS DOS, MS Windows 95/98/NT, UNIX.
