"$" class is scheduled in SH-306 only several times.
"%" SH-306 is used regularly but non-exlusively.
"*" a class is being exclusively scheduled in SH-306.
Italic font - a time block requested is tentative ("tentative" label must always be used if more blocks are requsted than needed; please use sparingly.)
Please check room availability prior to sending in a scheduling request. In general, scheduling in SH-306 is on a first come first serve basis. However, some priority is given to those who are scheduling several facilities concurrently or team teaching (for obvious reasons). In addition, those classes that truly utilize the full capacities of the facility will be given priority over those that use SH-306 capabilities in a superficial manner (e.g., use only the instructor's terminal and the projection system).
Prior to the final course schedule deadline, there may be a need for some shifting around in order to accommodate as many faculty as possible. The more use we can get out of the facility, the better.
Please do not schedule SH-306 for times that you do not need! If you are tentatively scheduling more than one time block because you are not sure what will work for you, then please indicate this in the on-line form. If after you have scheduled a time, you decide that you do not need it, then please do let me know so that I can make that time available to other users.
Thanks for making SH-306 so fun to use. Cooperation actually works!
