Nominees must be:

• 500 km from St. Cloud, MN
• 500 km from Springfield, IL
• Have 24-hour observations, including precipitation and snowfall
• Have normal temperature and precipitation available.

Note: In EAS 385, students are required to make the 60% forecast limit at both KSTC and the second city. Students are also responsible for the station identifiers in the area of the second city.
